HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Our small pondless water features take about 3 days to complete our medium size ponds about 7-10 days and large scale projects about 30 days. for more complex large water features we will estimate the time as per project

At first glance, it might not seem to make sense – piles of dirt, stacks of boulders and pallets, along with scattered rocks and gravel, dotting your backyard landscape and sometimes even making their way to the front. However, these seemingly disruptive elements are essential precursors to the construction process. Before creation can begin, a bit of controlled chaos is necessary.
Building the reservoir. The size of the water feature dictates the extent of this transformation – ranging from a small excavation to a considerably larger one. Even as the initial changes might appear perplexing, there is a black liner and unconventional components now coming into play, rest assured that every piece of this puzzle serves a purpose within the grand scheme of things.
Rocking the stream, This is the point where the excitement truly takes off – a phase we relish as much as our clients do. This is when things begin to gain momentum, and even though the water isn’t flowing just yet, there’s a sense of progress. Simultaneously, our clients are still deciphering the puzzle before them, a process that adds to the intrigue and anticipation.
Final Stage. As we start the water flowing, we take a moment to step back and see our hard work paying off. Once the project is finished, we’ll walk you through everything you need to understand about your water feature. We’ll explain the simple upkeep tasks, which mostly involve adding water when needed and clearing any debris or leaves from the streams to keep things clean and running smoothly.
How is your payment process?
Very Simple
Our Initial deposit is 10% of the cost of your pond up to $1,000.00 for projects over 10k.
We’ll provide a written payment schedule in your contract which is based on the progress of your project, we’ll be collecting our payments based on what percentage of completions we are as well on materials on site.
Our final payment is collected at the time we go over the whole system and explain what needs to be done to your pond.
