Due to the nature of the laboratory research materials offered through our website, all sales are generally final.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please review this Return &amp; Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>ALL SALES FINAL<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials and the potential for improper storage, handling, contamination, temperature exposure, or other conditions outside of our control after an order has been delivered, <\/span><b>PeakPhorm Research does not accept returns or provide refunds for correctly fulfilled orders.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products cannot be returned for resale once they have left our control.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exceptions may be considered only when:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A product arrives damaged during shipment;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A product is defective upon receipt;<\/span><\/li><li Research.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING PRODUCTS<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers must inspect their order promptly upon delivery.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be submitted to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:peakphormllc@gmail.com\"><b>peakphormllc@gmail.com<\/b><\/a><b> within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The claim must include:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer name;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order number or other valid proof of purchase;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Description of the issue;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping container, and shipping label, when applicable; and<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any additional information reasonably requested by PeakPhorm Research to evaluate the claim.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping container, or shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opened, reconstituted, altered, transferred, used, partially used, improperly stored, or otherwise modified products are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The only exception is when PeakPhorm Research determines, in its sole discretion and following review of the available evidence, that the reported issue existed when the product was delivered.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following products and orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products purchased as final sale, clearance, promotional, or otherwise identified as non-returnable;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products returned without prior authorization;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products for which a claim is submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after confirmed delivery;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products that have been opened, reconstituted, used, altered, transferred, relabeled, or modified;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products that have been improperly stored, transported, or handled after delivery;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products damaged after confirmed delivery;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products purchased by mistake;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders placed using incorrect customer, shipping, or order information supplied by the customer;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products returned because the customer no longer wants or needs the product; and<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products returned due to dissatisfaction with research results, experimental outcomes, or expectations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b> <br \/>RETURN AUTHORIZATION<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No product may be returned without prior written authorization from PeakPhorm Research.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To request review of an eligible claim, contact <\/span><a href=\"mailto:peakphormllc@gmail.com\"><b>peakphormllc@gmail.com<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the required order information and supporting documentation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a return is authorized, PeakPhorm Research will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Authorization number.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sending a product back without authorization does not guarantee acceptance, replacement, exchange, credit, or refund.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unauthorized returns may be refused or disposed of without compensation to the sender.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>RETURN SHIPPING COSTS<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When PeakPhorm Research confirms that an incorrect product was shipped or that a product arrived damaged or defective, PeakPhorm Research may provide a prepaid return shipping label, reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses, or otherwise provide return instructions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers must not ship products back without prior authorization.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any unauthorized shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>REPLACEMENTS, STORE CREDIT, AND REFUNDS<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After reviewing an approved claim, PeakPhorm Research may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Replace the affected product;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reship a missing or incorrect product;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issue store credit;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issue a refund of the applicable purchase price; or<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide another reasonable resolution.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim, product availability, payment method, and applicable law.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the claim resulted directly from an error by PeakPhorm Research.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any approved refund will be processed through an available method determined by PeakPhorm Research based on the original transaction and payment method.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>SHIPPING DAMAGE AND CARRIER CLAIMS<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers must promptly report packages that arrive visibly damaged, opened, leaking, crushed, or otherwise compromised.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PeakPhorm Research may require the customer to retain all products, shipping containers, packaging materials, and shipping labels while a carrier claim or internal investigation is pending.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PeakPhorm Research reserves the right to require reasonable cooperation from the customer in connection with carrier investigations and claims.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers should first verify the shipping address, check the delivery location, contact household members or other authorized recipients, and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PeakPhorm Research will review lost, stolen, or misdelivered package claims on a case-by-case basis and may assist with carrier claims when reasonably possible.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PeakPhorm Research is not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PeakPhorm Research does not process voluntary refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges while a payment dispute, bank dispute, or chargeback relating to the applicable transaction remains open.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers must first withdraw or otherwise fully resolve the dispute before PeakPhorm Research will separately consider a request under this policy.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PeakPhorm Research reserves the right to provide transaction records, order information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, acceptance of website terms, and other relevant documentation to financial institutions, payment processors, and other parties involved in the resolution of a payment dispute.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>RESEARCH USE ONLY<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All products sold by PeakPhorm Research are offered exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or any other unauthorized purpose.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claims based on personal use, administration, consumption, physical effects, adverse reactions, health outcomes, or other uses inconsistent with the stated research purpose of the products are not eligible for return, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund under this policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>PROOF OF PURCHASE<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PeakPhorm Research reserves the right to deny claims when the customer cannot provide sufficient information to verify the transaction.<\/span><\/p><h2><b> <br \/>CLAIM REVIEW AND PROCESSING TIME<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers should allow up to seven (7) business days for PeakPhorm Research to review a complete claim after all requested documentation has been received.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approved returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, or credits may require
