SHIPPING PROCESS<\/b><\/h2>

PeakPhorm Research ships orders only after payment has been successfully received and verified.<\/span><\/p>


PROCESSING & SHIPPING<\/b><\/h2>

Orders with payment confirmed before <\/span>12:00 PM Central Time (CT)<\/b> on a business day are generally shipped the same business day.<\/span><\/p>

Orders confirmed after <\/span>12:00 PM CT<\/b>, on weekends, or on holidays are generally shipped the next business day.<\/span><\/p>

All orders are shipped via <\/span>FedEx 2-Day shipping<\/b> for a flat-rate shipping fee of <\/span>$12.75<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact information provided during checkout.<\/span><\/p>


SHIPPING ADDRESS<\/b><\/h2>

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.<\/span><\/p>

PeakPhorm Research is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact PeakPhorm Research immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.<\/span><\/p>


LOST PACKAGES<\/b><\/h2>

PeakPhorm Research guarantees replacement of eligible orders confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, provided the customer supplied complete and accurate shipping information.<\/span><\/p>

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us so we can review the tracking information and, when appropriate, initiate a carrier claim.<\/span><\/p>

Replacement orders will be issued only after the shipment has been reviewed and confirmed eligible for replacement.<\/span><\/p>

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier, stolen after delivery, or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not automatically eligible for replacement.<\/span><\/p>


DAMAGED PACKAGES<\/b><\/h2>

If your order arrives damaged, contact PeakPhorm Research within <\/span>7 calendar days of delivery<\/b> and provide your order number, clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, and any other information reasonably requested to review the claim.<\/span><\/p>

Damaged shipment claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.<\/span><\/p>
