Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials and the potential for improper storage, handling, contamination, temperature exposure, or other conditions outside of our control after an order has been delivered, PeakPhorm Research does not accept returns or provide refunds for correctly fulfilled orders.
Products cannot be returned for resale once they have left our control.
Exceptions may be considered only when:

Customers must inspect their order promptly upon delivery.
Claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be submitted to peakphormllc@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping container, or shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.
Opened, reconstituted, altered, transferred, used, partially used, improperly stored, or otherwise modified products are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange.
The only exception is when PeakPhorm Research determines, in its sole discretion and following review of the available evidence, that the reported issue existed when the product was delivered.
The following products and orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
No product may be returned without prior written authorization from PeakPhorm Research.
To request review of an eligible claim, contact peakphormllc@gmail.com with the required order information and supporting documentation.
If a return is authorized, PeakPhorm Research will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Authorization number.
Sending a product back without authorization does not guarantee acceptance, replacement, exchange, credit, or refund.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or disposed of without compensation to the sender.
When PeakPhorm Research confirms that an incorrect product was shipped or that a product arrived damaged or defective, PeakPhorm Research may provide a prepaid return shipping label, reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses, or otherwise provide return instructions.
Customers must not ship products back without prior authorization.
Any unauthorized shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
After reviewing an approved claim, PeakPhorm Research may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law:
The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim, product availability, payment method, and applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the claim resulted directly from an error by PeakPhorm Research.
Any approved refund will be processed through an available method determined by PeakPhorm Research based on the original transaction and payment method.
Customers must promptly report packages that arrive visibly damaged, opened, leaking, crushed, or otherwise compromised.
PeakPhorm Research may require the customer to retain all products, shipping containers, packaging materials, and shipping labels while a carrier claim or internal investigation is pending.
PeakPhorm Research reserves the right to require reasonable cooperation from the customer in connection with carrier investigations and claims.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.
Customers should first verify the shipping address, check the delivery location, contact household members or other authorized recipients, and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.
PeakPhorm Research will review lost, stolen, or misdelivered package claims on a case-by-case basis and may assist with carrier claims when reasonably possible.
PeakPhorm Research is not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
PeakPhorm Research does not process voluntary refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges while a payment dispute, bank dispute, or chargeback relating to the applicable transaction remains open.
Customers must first withdraw or otherwise fully resolve the dispute before PeakPhorm Research will separately consider a request under this policy.
PeakPhorm Research reserves the right to provide transaction records, order information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, acceptance of website terms, and other relevant documentation to financial institutions, payment processors, and other parties involved in the resolution of a payment dispute.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
All products sold by PeakPhorm Research are offered exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or any other unauthorized purpose.
Claims based on personal use, administration, consumption, physical effects, adverse reactions, health outcomes, or other uses inconsistent with the stated research purpose of the products are not eligible for return, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund under this policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.
PeakPhorm Research reserves the right to deny claims when the customer cannot provide sufficient information to verify the transaction.
Customers should allow up to seven (7) business days for PeakPhorm Research to review a complete claim after all requested documentation has been received.
Approved returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, or credits may require additional processing time.
