PeakPhorm Research ships orders only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders with payment confirmed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day are generally shipped the same business day.
Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays are generally shipped the next business day.
All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day shipping for a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.75.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact information provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
PeakPhorm Research is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact PeakPhorm Research immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
PeakPhorm Research guarantees replacement of eligible orders confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, provided the customer supplied complete and accurate shipping information.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us so we can review the tracking information and, when appropriate, initiate a carrier claim.
Replacement orders will be issued only after the shipment has been reviewed and confirmed eligible for replacement.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier, stolen after delivery, or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not automatically eligible for replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, contact PeakPhorm Research within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number, clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, and any other information reasonably requested to review the claim.
Damaged shipment claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
